Mobitech Solutions - A BIG Lie!
I am really disappointed with Mobitech Solutions as a business and how it is being presented by its members to prospects or possible clients. I almost fall prey with their marketing style. Let me lay the facts what causes my disappointment:

1. Terms and Conditions Misrepresentation
Mobitech Solutions is not claiming as what it is as a business. In their Terms and Conditions, they use the term "dealer". In business terms, a dealer is an individual or firm that buy goods from  a producer or distributor for wholesale and/or retail reselling. Unlike a distributor, a dealer is a principal and not an agent. What really catches my attention is the word principal so I asked uncle google and look what I found:

Law: (1) A party who designates another (the agent) to act on his or her behalf. (2) A party that has the primary responsibility in a liability or obligation, as opposed to an endorser, guarantor, or surety. (3) A person who commits a crime, takes an active part in its commission, or directly  or indirectly counsels or procures another person to commit it.

Mobitech Solutions T&C #1, states that your dealership, does not make you, in any manner whatsoever, an employee, a representative, an agent of MOBITECH SOLUTIONS, sponsor and placement.
So, if I join Mobitech Solutions I do not represent them even those members who are promoting them? That's a BS! It clearly shows that MOBITECH SOLUTIONS is taking its hands off from its members  playing and appearing clean in times something messy happens. It is clearly pointing its fingers to the members to be blame. What they are only interested is the money generated by its members from selling their memberships / dealerships.

2. No Reliable Affiliate Products/Services
Image result for no products foundThere is no real product or services to sell so members cannot earn affiliate commissions. The only way to earn is to sell its memberships/dealerships and earn from direct bonuses and matrix pairing from new member's registration. It is purely "pyramiding", no recruit = no earnings.

But hey, they offer e-loading business opportunity, that can be considered  a product? The real question is, "Am I getting the exact value of what I am paying for dealership so I can use their e-loading platform?" The amount 600/450 pesos is too much. Coins.ph can give me PHP50.00 free credits to buy load or start a small e-loading business without spending money out of my pocket.

3. News Reading a Shameful Marketing Front
MOBITECH SOLUTIONS' non-agent or non-representative present news reading as a very reliable income generating opportunity (I almost fall for it). Imagine you are told an extra 260 pesos per day just for reading news article? It is fantastic, isn't it? But it's a LIE!

They are using Adiphy.com which is an online platform that offer its members to earn while reading news articles. In Adiphy's terms, it dictates that as a member, you will be earning €0.01 per read article for the first 2000 articles. Then you earn €0.005 per read article for the next 1000 (making it 3000 read articles), and, €0.001 per read article for the rest of it. You have 600 chances to read articles daily with a 16 seconds timer for each read article. This will take around  2-3 hours to utilize your 600 chances. Also you're earnings are not real money unless you reach the minimum payout amount which is €50 that is paid thru PayPal upon payment request. I did some math, it will take 47~50 days to reach the minimum payout amount. In this part alone, most of MOBITECH SOLUTIONS members base accounts will be suspended or terminated in violation of their terms and conditions section #5.

That MOBITECH SOLUTIONS reserves the right to suspend, and even terminate my membership dealership due to my negligence, false claims, misinterpretation, unethical business conduct, direct or indirect violation of the existing policies and guidelines of the company which is tantamount to a breach of this agreement.
I think almost all members will be penalized for violation of this terms. Will MOBITECH SOLUTIONS be true to its rules? :-) you guess...

4. Only Mobitech Solutions is Making Money from News Read Scheme
Why I am saying this? Well, let me explain as to how does MOBITECH SOLUTIONS is making money with Adiphy.com.

Image result for affiliate commissionEach member that avail the membership/dealership of  MOBITECH SOLUTIONS has the chance to join Adiphy.com inside the Member's Area. Clicking the button or link to join Adiphy.com means that you as a member will become MOBITECH SOLUTIONS’ Adiphy.com account referral. Adiphy's T&C section 20 states that a "referrer/affiliate sponsor" will earn €0.10 euros per 1000 articles read by each referral.

Imagine the number of people from MOBITECH SOLUTIONS taking part of the news reading scheme...let's say 500 members of MOBITECH x 1000 articles read = €50 euros every 2 days earned by MOBITECH SOLUTIONS and how much do you get? LOL

What is very disturbing on my part is that they're using News Reading as a front for their marketing campaign which is in violation of Adiphy.com’s Terms and Conditions section 12: No resale of Service.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Service (including your Adiphy.com I.D.), use of the Service, or access to the Service.
It is a FREE to join platform and I can use it without paying the MOBITECH SOLUTIONS' membership/dealership fee of 600/450 pesos. MOBITECH SOLUTIONS is not TRANSPARENT.

5. Member Incentives
MOBITECH SOLUTIONS offer incentives to members who are very active in recruiting. Of course that's what it is for top recruiter/seller. You have to feed the dogs to train them and make them behave. Even BIG and REAL companies do that for top sellers. The only issue here is that if you are not good when it comes to lying to people this is not for you.

Now I had presented some FACTS I found about MOBITECH SOLUTIONS these are my opinion:

* I am not against the concept of network/affiliate marketing because we are living in a world with a system of networking and am also into affiliate marketing.

* I believe that for a network company to work and stay for a long time and become sustainable it must have a good product to offer and multiple ways for members to earn. There should be options for members not to recruit but still they can earn. For example, a reliable product/service to sell based from their membership/dealership.

* The return (ROI) must be justifiable. Not so "too good to be true." PHP450/600 pesos investment allowing you to earn 2800 per day? That is unrealistic! All I can think of is, "how many lies I have to make and how many people do I have to fall prey every day to join under me so I can earn such amount?"

* With the matrix calculation, well it seems sustainable since a member is only allowed to have 15 accounts which means a single member cannot out-earn the system having multiple accounts of his own.

* If the influx of people coming in stops, the payment will stop. Why? Because no more membership/dealership fees and there is no real product sold that could be the source of company/member's income.

*  A reliable network company must be TRANSPARENT to its members about every details of its business.

*  A TRUE AFFILIATE/NETWORK company does not teaches its members to be LIARS but value it's members and teaches them the right ethics of marketing to become responsible marketeers.
